Maxim has over 10 years of experience as a software engineer at Deutsche Telekom and Deutsche Bank, progressing to roles such as team lead, architect, development lead, and head of AI engineering. He has led 20+ engineers across three cross-functional teams and overseen two R&D teams. He developed seven products, including an internal RAG framework with over 100 contributors, which resulted in savings of over $ 15 million. As the head of Deutsche Bank's Berlin AI Lab, he manages a community of 500 AI members. He emphasizes lean, client-focused innovation with a startup mindset.
