12.15 Technical skills: You interview a fellow practitioner to draft a technical profile.
13:00 Business skills: Write down examples of your business skills.
13:30 Lunch
14.30 Migration, discrimination, the glass ceiling: Support in navigating common issues on the way to the top.
15:15 Individual work on your Skills Profile.
16.00 Coffee break
16.15 Inspiration: Competency Profiles of Seniors, Leads, and Principals.
16.45 Review and finalizing of the Skills Profile.
